[Letsencrypt-devel] Bug#856239: certbot: build-dep on dh-systemd is obsolete

Package: certbot
Version: 0.10.2-1
Severity: normal

certbot has a Build-Depends: on dh-systemd.

But the functionality of dh-system is provided by modern dh itself,
and dh-systemd is a dummy transitional package.

Please drop the unnecessary build-depends from certbot :)

Thanks for maintaining Let's Encrypt stuff in debian!
