[Letsencrypt-devel] Ubuntu branches on alioth

Hi,

FYI, I've started some branches for Ubuntu's stable releases on alioth
by finding the correct branch points from master. Following DEP-14, I've
called these ubuntu/<series>.

Hopefully by keeping the trees in the same place, we can stay in sync
better.

We'll be backporting 0.14.1 to stable Ubuntu releases, so I'll be
moving these branches along soon.
