I am still hoping to get around to fixing up what I've done do far with
64-bit .pst support in libpst. Sadly I have a lot of stuff on my plate
right now (and it's growing...and it's looking at me). I'm not really
sure when I can get back to it.
I believe that what I've done so far is close to functional. The
changes were very easy. As far as the 64-bit file support goes: if you
look at the patch you'll see that all I've had to do is swap out 32-bit
values and offsets for 64-bit ones in the right places. The rest of
what I've added has just been for unicode conversion without having to
deal so much with buffers and memory allocation (vbuf stuff).

I'll let you know when I can get back to this (assuming no one else
takes care of 64-bit support in the interim).
