The FAQ (from upstream) is not up to date, since linux-wlan-ng is not
needed for anything any longer. After the prism2_usb moved to the
kernel tree, the upstream linux-wlan-ng was abandoned so it will
likely not be updated. I don't think it is important enough to patch
the FAQ in Debian. If you follow the recommendation in the package
description, you'll not read the FAQ :)
Barring any kernel driver bugs, using prism2-usb-firmware-installer
should be equivalent to or better than the old linux-wlan-ng-*
packages.

/sbin/prism2dl is included in the linux-wlan-ng-firmware-files package
(produced when you run the linux-wlan-ng-build-firmware-deb command
from the linux-wlan-ng-firmware package).
