Lisaac Eclipse Plugin ready for beta-test ! ;)

If you want to put your eclipse plugin in the package, It would be nice to put only the sources
and a way to build the .jar files from them instead of putting the  org.lisaac.ldt_1.1.4.jar file
directly into the repository.

This jar file can not be distributed by debian like this. So it will cause extra work to split
the package between DFSG free part and DFSG non-free part.
