[PATCH] * remove all debian and gentoo files before creating there own branches

You will create the 2 new branches or I ?

If you do so, please update the debian policy, debian/compat, Depends:..., my
mail: xoswald at debian.org, manpages(or I will do it).

So we will have a quite ready debian package for the next soon release, and I
could even upload it to experimental as a -rc1 version or such.
