Yes, but we know the license will change, but we don't know when or
which license would be chosen. If someone who contributed to the library
goes away and we decide it's time to change the license, we would have
to revert the changes this person made until we can be sure this person
agrees with the new license.

It's just a precaution. The idea is not to change the license very often.
