Automatic binding creator from C to Lisaac

Hi,

I did something very quick to automatically create a binding from a C
header file. I posted it here:

If you want to see how it works, it's a simple python script. it uses
pycparser to parse C syntax and produces Lisaac files. Just run
./example.sh and look at the generated files in the llvm directory.
