Invariance vs redefinition  

It used to compile ok on last compiler version. Is it a design choice or a bug ?

Section Inherit
  - parent_object:OBJECT := OBJECT;

  + name := SON;
Section Inherit
  + parent_father:Expanded FATHER(REAL);
Section Public

Output error:

Invariance name argument invalid.
