Lisaac tutorial

Hi,

I started to write a tutorial for Lisaac using the tcl tutorial as a model.

http://git.debian.org/?p=lisaac/tutorial.git

It used ikiwiki. You just have to install it and run make on the
repository, it will create automatically the html pages.

I think it is important to have something accessible, directly on a
web-page (no need to download a pdf file). Sometimes people just want to
see how the language looks like without testing it by themselves.

The tcl tutorial I take as a model:
