[patch] documentation target

Hello

I attached a patch to add a documentation target.
could you test it and look at a problem I found.

the documentation refer to line number with the full path
during the build.

but we need the installation path instead.

how can we do this ?

maybe a shorter option to replace the absolute path with a relativ one
we can choose.

shorter -relpath=/usr/local/share/lisaac/lib -d -f belinda lib
