Summary: Improve inherited assertion stack trace 


Initial Comment:
When a program crash on an assertion, and when this assertion is inherited (from a require or ensure block), the stack trace shows the prototype where the assertion is declared.

In case of the ensure block, it would be very useful to have the name of the prototype that implemented the slot, se we know directly which code produced the wrong result.
