[lockdev-devel] [PATCH 01/10] RedHat patch 1

- install src/sample as sbin/lockdev helper utility
- introduce baudboy.h as wrapper to calling the helper
- new library calls dev_getpid/dev_setpid to allow locking on behalf
  of another process
