the first server ignore rule for spamd is to restrictive, as hostname is
not necessarily localhost:
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ spamd\[[0-9]+\]: connection from localhost \[127.0.0.1\] at port [0-9]+$
better would be:
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ spamd\[[0-9]+\]: connection from [.[:alnum:]-]+ \[127.0.0.1\] at port [0-9]+$
