[Logcheck-devel] Bug#285602: logcheck-database: ignore rules for 'rbldnsd'.

I have done a regex ignoring file for rbldnsd (/etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/rbldnsd).
I'm sure that it does not cover all the possible setups, but as a simple base setup,
it works for me.
