reconsired your bug report,
* i never used anon-proxy, but that looks like a fat error message,
  that needs some kind of action.
* popcon.debian.org lists anon-proxy as nr. 10928 ordered by installed
  packages, logcheck-database can't support such rare packages out of the b=
ox.

if my first point is horribly wrong you should just add a rule for it
in the file local-anon-proxy inside of ignore.d.server or=20
violations.ignore.d depending of "System Events" or "Security Events"
layer.

anyways thanks a lot for your bug reports they were helpfull,
and the fixes will be included in next logcheck version.
