nice crafted rules are always welcome,
please base your work on latest logcheck, cvs checkout:

or here is the testing version of logcheck for apt (yesterdays head),
i upload there from time to time - usually before new releases:
# logcheck testing
deb http://debian.stro.at sarge/
deb-src http://debian.stro.at sarge/

dhcp rules had quite some work lately,
hope that helps not to duplicate effort and catch further messages.
