[Logcheck-devel] debconf priority settings

hello,

logcheck is currently using priority "high" for all of its templates.
Can't imagine that to be a fine-grained choice.

according to a quick `grep -r db_text debian/` we have 5 entries,
a first proposal for discussion:
medium for msgid "Changing the report level or email address."
medium for msgid "Changes to ignore.d directory behaviour"
low for msgid "Local modifications should be put into .d directories"
low for msgid "Logcheck standard rulefiles renamed"
medium for msgid "Delete obsolete conffiles"

hope that this can still go in next release.
