Agreed! and changed.  I verified stanards and bumped to 3.6.1 too.

In order to maintain consistency, we can either uncomment the python line or
remove the python build dep.  Since we're concentrating on clean-up rather
than features, I'm going to remove the dep for now.  Thanks
