[Logcheck-devel] 1.2.20a -> fix tmpdir issue

I have uploaded 1.2.20a to fix this bug.  This was the only change excluding
the version string:

< TMPDIR=$(mktemp -d -p /tmp logcheck.XXXXXXXX) \
---
>     || TMPDIR=$(mktemp -d -p /tmp logcheck.XXXXXXXX) \
