bbrr this logcheck-database.preinst scares me,
yeeah thats probably needs a bug as reminder.

no it's not the perl rewrite, changelog features for aboves:
  * Depend on the Source version of logtail and logcheck-database.


no clue so far.
i prefer to depend on actual logtail version,
as i changed passing of the args!!
