Ah, checked the source now, the prefix is logcheck- if I read the
source correctly.

Well, personally I don't see the need for different local files so I
would rather like to stick with local (and have it mentioned). So
basically we have this things:
prefixed with logcheck-, named packagename, named local or prefixed
with local-
Did I get it right this time? So, that part needs a major rewrite to
represent the current state.
I'll commit the other changes in the meantime.
