[Logcheck-devel] issue with permissions

Here's a problem:

Setting up logcheck-database (1.2.29) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/gps 
[...]

and then:

-rw-r-----  1 root root      357 2004-10-14 15:39 gps


(I am fairly certain this bug existed before work on .29)
