[Logcheck-devel] 1.2.36 buggy, 1.2.37 uploaded :-)

I had to revert the warning code as it caused a bug to pop up.  The patch
attached to one of the reports was syntactically broken, so I could not use
that.  Sarge is [supposedly] on the way, so I'd rather just keep it clean for
now.

1.2.37 was just uploaded.  Thanks maks for the quick fixes on other things <:
