I've changed the rule in CVS to:

^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ named\[[0-9]+\]: (client
[.#[:digit:]]+: )?received notify for zone '[._[:alnum:]-]+'$

Which matches against the log messages above.
