Please add this rule to /etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/spamd:

^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ spamd\[[0-9]+\]: Parsing of undecoded
UTF-8 will give garbage when decoding entities at
/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/HTML\.pm line 182, <GEN[0-9]+> line
[0-9]+\.$
