Bug#324009: [Logcheck-devel] Bug#324009: logcheck: %c as default date format

Maybe I didn't think it through properly. According to the strftime()
documentation, %c is the "preferred calendar time representation for the
current locale", which sounds kind of nice. It has also worked for me,
but my mailbox is not big.
