[Logcheck-devel] Rename violations.ignore.d/logcheck-pureftp

To avoid possible confusion, shouldn't this be named logcheck-pureftpd,
or logcheck-pure-ftpd (instead of logcheck-pureftp)?

Or is there a reason (that I've missed) it's this way?
