[Logcheck-devel] New Logcheck Wiki

Eric Evans and I were discussing potential options for Macros in logcheck, and we
decided that we needed somewhere for notes.

Eric has kindly set up a wiki for us at http://wiki.logcheck.org  Some notes
are up already.  Definitely check out the macro system notes[0] and feel free
to comment, as this is something I'd like to see in etch.
