[Logcheck-devel] credits

[martin f krafft]

I added myself to the list of credits and encourage others to do
so as well, maybe someone can even go through bug reports and add
names of previous contributors. Anyway, do feel free to add your
name before mine, I don't care.

Conversion to SVN is complete and commit mails are working. On to
the next level!
