[Logcheck-devel] Bug#369263: logcheck-database: Add rule for pdns_recursor refreshing its root records

Hi,

The PowerDNS recursor refreshes its root records every 2 hours. This
action is logged. Below patch adds one line to the pdns ignore file, so this message is ignored.
