Package: logcheck-database
Version: 1.2.51
Severity: minor
Tags: patch
The lpr package ships a weekly cron job that restarts lpd, resulting in
the following syslog line:
Nov 19 06:52:14 windlord lpd[30698]: restarted
I added the following line to /etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/lpr to ignore
it:
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [\._[:alnum:]]+ lpd\[[0-9]+\]: restarted$
