[Logcheck-devel] [PATCH] Adding rules for headsetd (bluetooth-alsa)

Here are rules to cover headsetd, included in bluetooth-alsa.  (Despite
being a daemon, it's currently meant to be run by users, so I'm including
the start/stop messages in here.)
