[Logcheck-devel] suspending logcheck maintenance

[martin f krafft]

I have no resources available to tend to logcheck anymore, I would
appreciate if the others on the team would henceforth no longer
assume that I will pick up issues and commit them. There are people
sending patches, it would be nice if those could be integrated.
