This is quite possible: the rules file was added in 2006, after which
the sympa package went from 4.x to 5.x.  Unfortunately, the rules won't
be updated until someone familiar with sympa chips in.

Failing that, you can just send a copy of the messages that get through,
so that we can use them to update the rules.
