Package: logcheck-database
Version: 1.2.69
Severity: normal

my smartd is configured to periodically run an "Offline Immediate"
test. logcheck sends an email alert when this log entry is scanned.

i added the following line to /etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/local:
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ smartd\[[0-9]+\]: Device: /dev/[^[:space:]]+( \[(3ware|cciss)_disk_[[:digit:]]+\])?, starting scheduled Offline Immediate Test\.$

and the log entry is now ignored.

thank you.

	andy
