[Ltrace-devel] A couple minor patches

Here are a couple of minor patches:

demangle.diff corrects a typo  in summery.c that prevented the inclusion
of "demangle.h" that caused my_demangle() to be undefined.

casts.diff adds some casts that keeps a more picky version of GCC happy.

If I don't hear any objections, I'll check these in before I go home
today (in about 3 hours).
