Cool; what I have done is started a branch for you, which you can get
via

svn co svn+ssh://username@svn.debian.org/ltrace/ltrace/branches/ltrace-powerpc-secure-plt

If you can merge your changes into that branch, then I can test it on
at least x86, IA64 and x86_64, and we can clean up any problems before
merging to mainline (and this probably warrants a version jump too).
