[Ltrace-devel] Environment variable patch

I've added strace's environment variable support in the patch at:

http://github.com/mheffner/ltrace/commit/f8ae467a24c5625ea2e4dec614a5e703f5c0b60f

My primary use for this was to test a preloaded binary without having to 
use /bin/env or preload ltrace itself.

Hopefully this is useful to others.
