[Ltrace-devel] Ltrace repository administration

Hi there,

Rewriting and erasing branches seems to be forbidden per the
configuration of the repository.  Is that something that you set up?
Can it be reverted?  I currently have about half dozen upstream
branches, and would like to finish, merge, and erase them with time.
This doesn't seem to be possible right now.
