[Ltrace-devel] newish bind_now binaries do not use plt relocs

Hello there,

Recently I've been hitting an issue with "-z now" binaries not
having plt relocations due to following bfd update:

https://sourceware.org/ml/binutils-cvs/2015-05/msg00106.html

This breaks ltrace. The problem can be observed  e.g. on fedora
rawhide/25 when running something as simple as `ltrace /bin/ls`.
