[Lyncee-maintainers] code documentation

Hi Miguel,
could you please comment a little more your code while coding it ?
I made a clone of the code, and the methods should be commented with use
and parameter description.

Could you also put tests in separate directory and files?

All of this will ease code maintenance in the future.
