[Net-ssleay-devel] 1.38 broken

Hi Albert,

thanks again for your report.
This problem was caused by my upgrade of Module::Install to 1.01.
I have downgraded  Module::Install to 0.93 and made a new version of 
Net::SSLeay of 1.39 that should fix this problem.

Please let me know if you have any further problems.
