Odd are....

Last I remember we'd decided mincmorph
(https://github.com/andrewjanke/minc-neuro-debian/tree/master/mincmorph-1.4)
was a bit small to add in its own right. This was the first
debianisation I have did.  I think the plan was to get the mni-models
package sorted first given that minc-tools is already in debian
proper.
