I found few things the would be good to address before an upload:

* You have updated the copyright information in the upstream sources but
  not in debian/copyright

* Policy version is outdated, please check the package regarding
  compliance with 3.9.3. If you have the latest debian-policy package
  installed you can find the checklist here
  /usr/share/doc/debian-policy/upgrading-checklist.txt.gz

* Your changelog is a little hard to interpret

  * shared library << what happened to the library?
  * jeffrey's prior << what that added?
  * tagged, signed releases << how does that affect this release?
  * new release markers << same here, and what does it mean?

  it would be good to know whether this release is a bugfix release,
  etc. Please also mention the changes that will be done to address the
  two other points above.
