why only binary???

what about a source  package?  that is what we operate with as the
'origin' from which all binary packages across releases get built and
that is what necessary for upload into Debian proper so it becomes
available to all mortals who might not even yet be aware of
NeuroDebian.

Information on that page is automatically fetched from UDD and our
repository, so for binary packages to appear listed they first need to
be uploaded in source+binary form.
