[Neurodebian-devel] new version of pyoptical

doh -- thought to quickly update it but then saw that debian/changelog
has only UNRELEASED entries... someone forgotten to push all the bits I
guess..

since changes are miniscule -- update is pretty much merginging your
release into a debian packaging branch (not sure where the latest one)
and then adjusting for the changes, e.g.

$> git show
commit cad7052edf9fc07414c3eba6cf2e6a96eb56c028
Author: Yaroslav Halchenko <debian at onerussian.com>
Date:   Mon Nov 26 16:43:31 2012 -0500

    Now there is README.rst not README

also Vcs fields seems need some tune up:
