[Neurodebian-devel] resources files not installed

Thanks ctw -- I guess that was due to conversion to use dh_python2 in
1.1.0+git12-g365f8e3-1 .. and funny thing those files seemed have survived
under resources/ I guess if you were just to upgrade from previous version --
like I did...

fixed version is building now and will be uploaded by noon
