[Neurodebian-devel] 3dSkullStrip-- X11 error

Hi Neurodebian,
I'm running into a problem with
http://neuro.debian.net/pkgs/afni.html#binary-pkg-afni

When I am running neurodebian's version of AFNI
(0.20131204~dfsg.1-1~nd13.10+1 0), it seems to be using X11. Which is a
problem because it throws an error:

freeglut (3dSkullStrip): failed to open display ':1'

when running through nipype. There is no such error when using the latest
verion AFNI_2011_12_21_1014 from AFNI's server. The neurodebian repository
does not show the base versions, so I am wondering if this was a error from
an older version of afni, or maybe a compile issue.
