ok -- uploaded statsmodels 0.8.0~rc1+git59-gef47cd9-1 which finally
builds fine at least on sid amd64 ;)  woohoo!

now the bottleneck is back to pandas, a slightly fresher version
of which fixed some issues but introduced new ones leading to failed
tests/builds on e.g. i386
